I received RHA Redensity in my under eyes in Sept 2023. Shortly after I had a Tyndall effect and began dissolving. Fast forward to almost a year later, one eye is still puffy. I have received hylenex 5 times by different injectors which all used a cannula. Could the cannula be missing the filler or is my lymphatic system compromised? It has really been affecting my confidence.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've had since your under eye filler treatment.  Since you have attempted to dissolve the filler multiple times and are still having issues you may want to explore an ultrasound to determine if filler is still present that needs to be dissolved.  If the filler is gone it could be related to lymphatic drainage issues or potentially allergies.
