Purple marks day after TCA at-home peel (Photo)

I did a TCA peel at home, I've done ~5 previously and never seen this reaction. I woke up the morning after the peel with some light purple marks on one cheek. Want to know if this is normal and it will peel off or if it is a burn and needs prescription level care. I have been applying hydrocortisone, moisturizer and spf to prevent any scarring but want to know if theres is more I should do. It was a 25% TCA 5 Salicylic peel that I diluted with water about 50/50

You may or may not scar from this. However, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation would not be surprising. Active management of the wound will be important to reduce the risk of secondary infection and to attempt to control the expected hyperpigmentation. Even 15% TCA is not a product that should...
