Hi I have deep&elongating cystic lesions in my skin, some lasting 7 years. Think of them as trees that have branches that spread. They are full of oil and can scab off. The worst is the one in my nose and belly button that hurt badly. They’ve created like acne veins that move and create popping noises. Can Accutane fix this or must I get them drained first? Tret helps but these things are massive. I would be thankful to participate in a study as I cannot take it longer. I want to be happy
