Dynamic lines on cheeks, under eyes, and mouth. What are my procedure options? Can I prevent them from worsening? (photos)

I'm 37 years old and am struggling with pretty intense dynamic (so far) lines on my checks under my eyes and around my mouth when I smile. I'm not sure what the term for these lines are. Accordion lines? What is the best treatment and how can I prevent them from getting worse? Thank you!

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. My first recommendation would be to improve the skin by starting with non-surgical treatments that boost skin elasticity, since a facelift is a radical solution in your case. Using technologies such as Fixer, Ultherapy, and Raiesse can densify and improve those dynamic lines as well as full face treatment and botox to improve tthe dynamic expression lines sothat they do not become fixed and nourish the skin very well. Hello! Great question! For starters I highly recommend consulting with a board certified physician with experience. The lines below the eye area when smiling could be prevented with a dosing of botox. With botox consistency every 3 months the hope would be collagen growth from under to buff out the fine lines and wrinkles. As for the smile lines depending on a proper evaluation you may benefit from consecutive treatments of smooth threads to the area, they act as a collagen stimulator. Results are not instant, natural results with patience will appear. Typically injectors will form a cross hatched pattern to also act as scaffolding to help volumize the area. I hope this helps you!
