Thank you so much for your time Title pretty much says it all… I’m considering getting facial fat transfer due to volume loss and asymmetry to the cheeks, temples and possibly under eyes depending on surgeon recommendations. However I have had my cheeks and under eyes filled In the past year. Inorder to fully assess the extent of volume loss would it be advisable to have it dissolved? Bonus question, is logical to have it done while going in for a rhinoplasty

Thank you for your question.If you are planning a fat transfer or a facial surgery I don't recommend you to get a filler injected to your face. Filler may alter the lymphatic flow and may cause more swelling and infection after fat transfer.Best Luck!
Without pictures or seeing you it’s hard to assess however, in general after lower eyelid surgery, volume loss is easily addressed with a facial fat transfer or a combination of some lower eyelid skin tightening with some laser, skin resurfacing or surgery.
