My first breast augmentation was in 2010, I had 365cc and 385cc saline implants installed. Then cut to 2024 and my 3 yr old daughter jumped on me and wound up rupturing my left implant (photo right). I went to a different surgeon than the original one because I thought he would be better for some reason. And now I really like how the left breast looks, but the right doesn’t look the same. My left breast has 550ccs and my right has 600ccs but still looks smaller and it looks uneven. Also when I lift my arms my right breast kind of crumples up. I don’t know if that’s just my anatomy or due to the difficulty of revising a rupture? I’d love for my right breast to look much more like my left.
