Breast revision after rupture - differences between breasts. How can I make them look more even and symmetrical? (Photos)

All breasts are asymmetrical right to left before and after any surgeries especially without a bra.

This includes anatomy, muscle, ribs, chest wall, breast fold level, size, shape, etc.

They will never be 100% identical- yours appear fairly similar and I would not recommend further procedures such as a lift to reduce the larger side which will leave more scars.
