Motiva Preserve - experience placing breast implants sub-facially using the Motiva Preserve system?

Question

Do any US surgeons have experience placing breast implants subfacially using the Motiva Preserve system? How have the results been? Can the system be used with periareolar or transaxillary incisions, in addition to the more common inframmamary placement? I'm hoping for the Mia Femtech (diamond) system to be US FDA approved, but in the meantime wanted to get more information on the Preserve system, as it's also meant to minimize damage to the breast tissues and decrease recovery time.

Preserve is a mentally invasive breast augmentation done without general anesthesia with an ultra fast recovery and return to normal activity, including exercise preserve uses a blunt dissection technique designed to preserve natural breast structure with a natural result, using Motiva Ergonomix implants.  Preserve is done above the chest muscle in the space between the muscle and breast gland.
