How do you use toilet after a BBL?

Hello there, I know this will sound gross, but I am genuinely confused as to how I should use the toilet to go poo after BBL. I know some people use lawnchairs placed over toilets but I want to know what you all recommend.

You do not want to apply pressure to your hips or buttocks.  If you have a sturdy grab bar by the toilet, hold on to it.  If you can squat, purchase a raised toilet seat with rails. Be careful not to fall in using either option.

Thank you for your question. After a BBL, in order to not apply pressure to the area, you would want to squat over the toilet. It would be beneficial to take a stool softener or have a good intake of fiber, so that it is easier to go, and you will not have to squat over the toilet for prolonged periods of time. Also, there are step-ups that you can use to squat higher over the toilet bowl. Believe it or not, I saw them for sale at Costco. As always, consult with your surgeon for further recommendations.

Thank you for your question. After a BBL you do want to avoid pressure on the buttocks. However, to use the restroom afterwards will do no harm being that it is only for a few minutes. However, address your concern with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes.
