For most surgeries, I recommend waiting for three weeks following surgery before any strenuous activity, however, with the BBL, I usually recommend waiting a little bit longer, usually one to two months. We want the fat to establish itself in order to survive and this requires a slightly longer time.

I see others say about 6 weeks, but I am a bit more lenient and allow people within about 3 weeks as long as they are healing well and they use common sense and do not over exert themselves.
