When can I have my teeth professionally cleaned?

While in the early stage of healing, your surgeon may worry about an accidental bump to your nose and less frequently infection. For a professional cleaning, wait a month to be safe. For a bigger dental procedure (implant), I would wait a few months. It's more important to tell your dentist and the assistant about your nose before your start the appointment. And if anything happens (swelling, pain, draining), let your nose surgeon know as soon as possible. 

To be safe, I would wait one month to have my teeth cleaned. This way you have no risk of injuring your nose while it is healing; same timeline for physical activities.
