How long after Vaser should I start lymphatic massage?

Mobilizing early and moving while wearing correctly your garment and gently self-massaging on top of the garment can be started next day after surgery.You surgeon should provide or arrange for you an aftercare starting from day 1 post surgery: including looking after your drains, expressing leaking fluid, performing MLD massage and some machine derived therapies..A study by BABS (British Association of Body Sculpting) demonstrated that on average 5 post-operative sessions for active rehabilitation procedures are enough for most people. Lymphatic message is performed using VIORA Reaction radiofrequency message at 5 weeks following your procedure. A single session is typically recommended for most patients. A second session can be considered if prolonged swelling is observed.
