I had extensive vaser to thighs, back and arms approx. 3 weeks ago. also had tummy tuck /abdominal vaser a few days later. (InThailand) Bruising almost gone. Still swollen/tender. I've read differing opinions regarding when to start massage. I have been doing some gentle massage myself using oil, but difficult to do yourself. When should I go and have professional massage? How many treatments would be ideal?
