How long are the stitches in place for an inner thigh lift incision in the groin?

I'm not sure if you actually have sutures in place or if you were just looking at a pleated scar. It is often necessary to close wounds like this and it is quite predictable that they will settle down over a number of months.

It is unclear whether you have had a vertical  or vertical/horizontal lift. If it is just a vertical lift, the bunching you see will require  8-12 months before the scars settle.
