Generally speaking yes, but you’ll want to review the specific cause of the kidney inflammation with your physician who prescribes Latisse. If the inflammation in the kidney is autoimmune in nature, there may be other treatments in addition to Latisse that might work better.
There are no systemic effects when Latisse is used properly. So just make sure you are using it as directed by your provider.
