I'm on my 10th week of Latisse use and noticed white pimples at the lash line almost like white heads. I am thoroughly washing my eyes daily and have no other symptoms other than the typical burning immediately after applying dose and a bit of itching. My eye lashes have thickened and grown longer.

This is difficult to answer without an in-person evaluation. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist.  In combination with Latisse, I typically inject and apply topically PRP for a few treatments at the beginning to improve the growth rate of the lashes. Thank you for your question.  Latisse itself should not cause white heads.  While it may cause mild inflammation and some scaling of the skin, this does not seem to be related to your complaint.  Now, very close to the lash line is a row of tiny oil glands caused Meibomian glands.  The opening to these glands can often protrude ever so slightly, giving the appearance of "white heads." If you look closely in the mirror, you can see them on both the upper and lower eyelid.  This is quite normal as oils are an essential component of your tear film.  If you are at all concerned, I recommend you see an oculoplastic surgeon who is trained in examining the eye for a better assessment.
