Is there a fix for post lipo irregularities on the arms?

Question

I had liposuction of my arms 6 months ago(for fat transfer). I did not have ripples/Dents like this before Lipo and it’s caused me to be extremely self conscious. It looks worse from flexing/certain arm positions. I never would have done this had I known they would come out like this. I’m 32 years old. Is there any fix for this?

For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction revision. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I am sorry you are unhappy with your results, this can be fixed with liposuction revision with bodytite to even out the areas and tighten your arms, an in person consultation would be best for a detailed exam.always see a board certified PS.

Dear goodvibes7,I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction.  This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately.
The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. The revision can often be done under local as well.While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.Daniel Barrett, MD
