Hi! I'm Daniela, 26 years old, and I'm thinking on getting a fat cheeks removal, but I'm really Scared because I'm already thin and I don't have big cheeks, so I'm afraid the result may be bad and I may look older or have premature aging.

Buccal fat removal could be also indicated in thin people ( like models and actors/actresses) to achieve a more chiseled facial look. However the result depends on the cheek bones. If the cheek bones are prominent, the results are excellent. If the cheek bones are weak, then the face may look a little bit older. Therefore, think people with weak cheek bones interested in buccal fat removal should enhance their cheek bones before or at the same time of the buccal fat removal.

Thanks for sharing.  I agree that you are not an ideal candidate for buccal fat reduction based on how thin you appear already. I cannot identify fullness in the area where you would benefit form this procedure.  You look good.  Best of luck!
