Is the fat cheek removal procedure recommended for thin people? What do you think? (photos)

Buccal fat removal could be also indicated in thin people ( like models and actors/actresses) to achieve a more chiseled facial look. However the result depends on the cheek bones. If the cheek bones are prominent, the results are excellent. If the cheek bones are weak, then the face may look a little bit older. Therefore, think people with weak cheek bones interested in buccal fat removal should enhance their cheek bones before or at the same time of the buccal fat removal.
