I have fibrosis left from liposuction how do I get rid of them?

I had liposuction 10 months ago and I feel a lot of small hard fat bumps around the areas that were liposuction. Is there away to remove them, an esthetician told me she could massage them and let my body get rid of them? Would that work? Will my body get rid of them or what is going on? Thank you for your time.

Fibrotic lumps or bumps many months after liposuction can be treated with massage, radiofrequency such as bodyFX by inmode or most commonly cortisone injections. Usually you don't need a touch up lipo to break them up but it is an option.

Ultrasound, Steroid Injection, Surgical Removal, and perhaps the passage of time can help with irregularities.  Massage may help as well, even mesotherapy (Kybella) depending on what those bumps are.

Bumps after liposuction can be due to localized fat, areas of fat necrosis, or scar tissue. Discrete hard bumps sound consistent with fat necrosis. Fat necrosis usually resolves on its own as the body reabsorbs these areas. Massaging or ultrasound therapy can help remove these areas more quickly by helping break down the tissue. For areas that are painful or not improving, they can be surgically removed or removed with further liposuction. Hope this helps!
