I am debating on getting eyelid surgery and nose job. I want to know if it's possible for me to get eyelids as large as Marilyn Monroe. Big eyelids are flirty and beautiful. Now I have hooded eyelids which make me look sleepy a lot. So I just want to know because I am serious about the change and costs.

Marilyn Monroe had bilateral upper eyelid levator dehisence ptosis.  This gave her a very long upper eyelid and a hollow upper eyelid sulcus.  She actually needed upper eyelid reconstruction but did not live long enough to get it.  Your have a moderate degree of upper eyelid ptosis and a very high eyebrow that is held there to compensate for the upper eyelid ptosis.  Raising the upper eyelid, would allow the eyebrows to relax down.  This would not make you look like Marilyn but I suspect you would be thrilled with the improvement.

You have upper eyelid ptosis (droopy) which makes your eyes appear smaller. You should be a candidate for ptosis surgery. See an oculoplastic surgeon.

Your eyelids are beautiful the way they are and there are many famous actresses who have eyelids just like yours. You could always find someone to operate but I think you would be making a very big mistake. Leave beautiful eyelids alone. Your nose can be refined with the base narrowed as well as refinement of the tip etc. done by a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon

The eyes can be given a larger appearance   A rhinoplasty can be done to make  your nose look more slender and have a more prominent bridge.
