i already have cheek implants. the let side looks good but the right side is too small and i need more extension towards the temple, higher to the eye area. instead of just yanking that left one out and replacing it with a bigger one, can i just place an implant on top of it or right next to it to add some augmentation without having to take the full thing out?

In our practice, we only use Silastic cheek implants. It is possible to remove the Medpor implants and replaced them with to Terino malar shells, which are Silastic not Gore-Tex. Your New surgeon will need to make sure that they have the previous operative reports to find out...
