Hello Wkrystina,Great question. That may not necessarily be the case. However, it can happen. One incision site may heal faster than the other buttock incision.
Just like breast implants, buttock implants frequently do drop into their final resting place at a slightly to moderately different rate. This entire process frequently takes up to 6 or 7 months. Glad to be of help.
Thank you for your question! Just like breast implants, they will settle and drop at their own rate. I suggest you follow all of your doctors post op instructions to insure the best results. Thank you for this important question! The answer is 100% YES.Imagine your two buttock muscles like neighbours, they are not aligned in their response to implant surgery. It is important to bear that in mind because in many cases the "falling-in-place " of the implants occurs at different speeds. This is a totally normal and this is why it is so important to be patient in the recovery process. In the majority of my buttock implant cases I observe some degree of asymmetry in the first 6-8 weeks which usually evens out when everything has " fallen into place" after around 6 months. So my advice is if you are still within that timeframe do not stress, you are like observing a normal healing and a self-limiting problem.Hope that helps !
Yes, this is common. its important to give the implants time to heal before determining the end result. Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this procedure and recognized for it.

You have a classic medial teardrop. Instead of curving up towards the anus, there are little bulges that look like teardrops. This variation is not simple to treat and involves tightening the skin, either by RF tightening or direct excision. Best regards
