It is important to bear that in mind because in many cases the "falling-in-place " of the implants occurs at different speeds.This is a totally normal and this is why it is so important to be patient in the recovery process.In the majority of my buttock implant cases I observe some degree of asymmetry in the first 6-8 weeks which usually evens out when everything has " fallen into place" after around 6 months.So my advice is if you are still within that timeframe do not stress, you are like observing a normal healing and a self-limiting problem.Hope that helps !
