Is it possible to use Argan Oil onthe face skin while on Roaccutane? Is it a bad idea?

There is no good published data that Argan oil has any benefit.  As an MD, I rely on evidence-based medicine when recommending a product or treatment.

The simply answer is yes, but the more beneficial answer is that Argan oil has zero scientific studies behind it showing it works. And often, Argan oil becomes contaminated and has bacteria in the bottles because it is unstablized. So, do you really want to put bacteria on your face? My guess is no.
