At 16 I got my ears pierced. I want them redone because they are uneven. They scarred. Can you remove scars with surgery?

I want my ear's re pierced , because they are uneven , but i got them done at age 16 , & i am 21 now , i haven't wore earring's for like 3 year's now , but the ear love's are obviously scared , is there any type of surgery to completely remove the scar's ? , i hate them so bad .
