Dark spots and stretch marks (Photo)

Please Help me eliminate huge and dark stretch marks naturally or with oils. Thank you. P.s i am African so complexion counts right? Just guessing. Also I have dark spots i so badly want gone. Got them 7yrs ago and have never worn bikini cus of the spots and stretch marks. #soembarrassed!!
