I have consulted several docs about the lip lift option but all of them said that it would not be possible as the area between the bottom of my nose and my upper lip is ideal and isn’t long so they cannot cut any excess off. My teeth do not show when I smile or talk. This lack of teeth visibility makes me look terrible. What can I do about this? I feel very conscious about not having a normal smile

It actually has a lot to do with genetics. You could have your lower lip trimmed down some. However, the lower lip should be larger than the upper lip. Please don/t make it too small, or it will look odd.
