Am 19 years old male I have big droppy lower lip only one who has it in my family I know it has nothing to do with age or genetics seen some younger pictures of my self and my lips where normal but I use to open my mouth alot as a child and I want to know if I had any effect on my lower lip been doing facial excersie for sometime now and I don't know if it's working what should I do?

No, the width of your lips cannot reasonably be reduced without external scarring which you would not like. Your lips are normal in size.

Your lip is not the problem, but rather you small jaw. I would suggest meeting with an oral surgeon, being examined and X-rayed, and discussing your options. Just based on your photos, moving the jaw forward will should you that your upper lip is just fine.
