What can I do to correct facial asymmetry? (photos)

Suggestions on how to correct my facial asymmetry. I like the size of my lips but wish my lower lip didn’t hang on the right and in general on sides Had consult and said he could make the smaller but couldn’t turn them in. Wish they had a more pleasant “resting look”. My whole mouth is kind of tilted. Not sure if that can even be corrected. Starting a face yoga program. Terrible at consistency. Reducing marionette lines will help. Lower cheek seems to hang on the right. Butt chin

Thank-you for your question! I do not restrict a gentle social smile after a lip reduction procedure. Excess movement and laughing can cause strain on the lip and suture line and should be avoided for a couple of weeks, depending on your comfort. Please ask your Plastic surgeon and her/his...

Thanks for your question and the photos your provided. It appears your filler or fat has migrated. I would first dissolve all the filler placed, as this is more common to have migrated.
