I am 5’11 and 125 lbs. I think I currently wear a 30aaa bra size but I’m not entirely sure because I only wear sports bras. I went to a breast augmentation consultation and the physician said I have a 14cm breast width. The smallest size implant he is willing to put in me is a 360 cc inspira low plus profile 13.5 width implant. It felt way to big. I saved up the money to get implants for over a year and now I don’t know what to do.

Answer: What is the smallest size implant I can get with a 14 cm base width? (Photo) Hello, thank you for your question. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants for you. Much smaller exists. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and profile implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Size and Profile Selection Good afternoon! I would have to size you myself to answer with a specific size and profile, but in general you have a tall wide frame and it will take a wide implant to give you decent cleavage and upper pole fullness. I would start by having you try on the sizers, then once you have chosen the size, I would use the widest profile implant that that size comes in- probably a Mentor MemoryGel Mod Classic or Mod Plus implant.
