I did a lactic 50% gel peel at home and left it on for three minutes. I then washed it off but I still feel stinging around my mouth the most. Skin feels tight around my mouth and nose. Is all this normal and what should I expect?? What is a great moisturizer to use Thank you in advance

Chemical peels should not give lumps. I’m not sure what they injected? Chemical peels are applied just to the top of the skin. Let your provider know what is happening. ASAP. Best. Dr Brecht

Depending on the type of chemical peel you've had washing your face after 2 hours should not alter the peel's effectiveness.  However, you need to contact the provider who performed your peel for details and instructions.   Best, Dr. Huo
