Is a huge ugly bruise moving down my leg 5 days post-op BBL a concern?

I have a bruise on my left thigh. At first it was very faint. Now it is black, blue and purple. It doesn’t hurt whatsoever and it isn’t hot or swollen. It feels like my leg doesn’t have a bruise at all. I notice every morning that it creeps farther and farther down it’s half way down my thigh now going to hit my knee if it keeps going. I am having some issues with my left but cheek as far as more swollen than the right but no pain no fever no nothing.

Bruises actually move down with gravity, so this is completely normal. The color changes are also normal. You should, nevertheless, notify your surgeon of these concerns.#StayBeautiful #RealDrWorldWide

The healing process could be from 6 months to a year, depending on the patient. The inflammation and bruising could last months. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon.
