I had a BBL on July 27th and I started using a compression garment and lipo foam as recommended by my surgeon on August 1st or 2nd. The lipo foam is leaving dents in my skin specifically at the bottom edge where my hips are. Is that going to damage the fat that was injected into my hip area? is there too much tightness and compression going on?

After about a month you will be mostly healed and you can get a nice idea of the permanent results after around six months.
