Question

I am scared of excessively invasive surgeries. Can temporal brow lift raise my eye corners? If combined with fillers in cheek/tear trough area solve at least some of this problem? I also seem to have deficient midface but good zygos

helloTemple lifts are less invasive, they lift the outside corner or tail of the brow. A temple lift would not alter in between the brow or forehand but would lift the cheek and help stop sagging at the eye corners. Generally this process helps give a youthful appearance, since it can brighten the eyes and give your brows a nice shape.

NO, temporal brow lift does not lift the corner of the eyes. In order to achieve natural appearing lift of the corner of the eyes, you need lower eyelid elevation in addition to canthoplasty. That will result in more natural almond shaped eyes.

Thank you for your photos and question. In my opinion, a brow lift is not the right solution for you given your anatomy and goals. Instead, a minimally invasive canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction repair are the way to go. Consider seeing an ASOPRS trained oculoplastic surgeon in your area for a consultation. Best of luck.

on the one photo you posted it appears you have what would be called lateral canthal dystopia - and this has nothing to do with eyebrow position, although you may have some subtle lateral eyebrow droop on the right side as well as some subtle ptosis of the upper lid. in the absence of previous surgery or trauma all of these things may be part of underlying bony asymmetry ('the two sides of the face are not twins')
eyebrow surgery will not fix your lateral canthal position of lower lid retraction - this will require lateral canthal repositioning.
you should definitely be evaluated by someone familiar with the intricacies of eyelid surgery such as board certified oculofacial plastic surgeon.
