I am scared of excessively invasive surgeries. Can temporal brow lift raise my eye corners? If combined with fillers in cheek/tear trough area solve at least some of this problem? I also seem to have deficient midface but good zygos

Answer: Eyelid surgery for canthal angles on the one photo you posted it appears you have what would be called lateral canthal dystopia - and this has nothing to do with eyebrow position, although you may have some subtle lateral eyebrow droop on the right side as well as some subtle ptosis of the upper lid. in the absence of previous surgery or trauma all of these things may be part of underlying bony asymmetry ('the two sides of the face are not twins') eyebrow surgery will not fix your lateral canthal position of lower lid retraction - this will require lateral canthal repositioning. you should definitely be evaluated by someone familiar with the intricacies of eyelid surgery such as board certified oculofacial plastic surgeon.
