There is a company in Texas that does give warranties for a fee. The company will reimburse your dentist, no questions asked, if the crown breaks within the first 5 years. If you do not have the warranty and the crown breaks it is between you and the dentist to determine the fee for replacement. It is not a bad deal if you are hard on your teeth. Do you often break and chip your dentistry needing remakes and repairs? If this is not a problem for you you may decide to skip the fee.
