Are dark areas on a skin graft donor site something to be concerned about? (photo)

I received a few skin graft procedures approximately 3 years ago. The largest donor site is on my left thigh, recently noticed some dark areas on it. Perhaps bruising? I don't recall bumping it but then again there's not much feeling left in this area.
