If I am wanting to see if 1. I qualify for breast reduction surgery and 2. my insurance will cover the procedure, should I first go to a general physician and be referred to a plastic surgeon or should I go directly to the plastic surgeon? Also, would the price of a consultation with the plastic surgeon be covered by insurance or not because it's still just cosmetic at this point?
