Can SculpSure cause Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH)?

Question

I had Sculpture in 2014 or 2015. I have had a large firm lumpy area in my upper abdomen since then. Could this be the same problem caused by Coolsculpting? I just read about PAH today.

SculpSure has not been shown to cause PAH.  It is difficult to tell what might be causing the issue you are having after your SculpSure treatments without examining you.

The beauty of SculpSure is no, it cannot cause PAH. Sculpsure blends the areas so there is no demarcation as there can be in CoolSculpting.  Two or more treatments causes the contour to progressively thin as the laser affected cells give up their fatty contents which are gradually absorbed and metabolized.  There is no need for post-operative massage, and discomfort is mild for a day or two.
