I’ve always had very mild gynecomastia. 3 months ago i did gland only excision - doctor removed the entire gland and did a fat graft to prevent nipple catering. No lipo. I didn’t want lipo. Now I want to do sculpsure to remove my excess chest fat. Is there any serious risk of sculpsure damaging my fat graft to the point where there is a cater deformity as a result? I know you can avoid the nipples with the applicators, but the heat goes beyond the applicator to create a natural result

Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia has not been associated with SculpSure treatments. It has been reported with cryolipolysis (CoolSculpting). Some patients who have had SculpSure treatments may develop nodules in the treated areas. However, these are temporary (and uncommon).
