Since both affect fat, I would have the SculpSure first. When you do Sculpsure too soon, like less than 6 weeks apart, you increase the chance of lumps. Since Emsculpt is also affecting the fat, it might be prudent to do the more fat specific treatment Sculpsure first followed by the milder Emsculpt. BTL has a combination Emsculpt and RF fat melting device now, so they do them together for a synergistic effect. It probably would not make much difference which one you did first, but based on their effects, those are my thoughts.

Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia has not been associated with SculpSure treatments. It has been reported with cryolipolysis (CoolSculpting). Some patients who have had SculpSure treatments may develop nodules in the treated areas. However, these are temporary (and uncommon).
