How to treat a 20 year old hypertrophic scar? Would subcision be a good option? (Photos)

I have a hypertrophic scar on my cheek from a car accident 20 years ago. I’ve tried sandpaper dermabrasion which made it a little better at first second time it made it worse. I got Morpheus eigh on it which helped the scar but they did it on my whole face, and it ruined the rest of my face..I’m still looking for a solution. Do you think subcision would be an option for me? Or filling in the middle of a scar? I am afraid of anything heat related since the Morpheus but I will consider a laser if it’s localized. However, I’m afraid to make it worse as I’m prone to keloids and have melasma (although not in the cheek area).
