How to smooth/fill deep cellulite dimples? Subcision did not work. (Photos)

Question

Last year I had a subcision treatment (called "celluerase" here in Europe (we do not have Aveli). I got zero results. My dimples are still there. I also got some hyperpigmentation from the bruising which is almost fully solved. What can I do now? A small fat transfer? Fillers?

I have been performing subcisions for cellulite dimpling for three decades. There are several points to made here that are worth noting before the baby is thrown out prematurely with the bathwater in favor of less well proven, expensive, "bells and whistles" energy-based approaches whose uses are supported far more by marketing hype and social media buzz than any hard science.
First, optimal results from subcision often require on average three to four treatment sessions--each session building on the new collagen and new elastic fiber production of the previous session. So limited improvement is typically seen after only one or two treatment sessions. 
Secondly, for best result, the use of an appropriate HA lifting filler injected under the indentation immediately following the subcision, not only contributes to an immediate elevation and smoothing effect, but is also known to be capable of further promoting new collagen and new elastic fiber production. 
You would be wise to make certain to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist subcision and filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck

First we need to release the fibers - that's what they tried. Then, at the same time, we add volume. We can do a fat transfer, a filler, a biostimulator, alloclae, and other options.
