I have a deviated septum so will undergo septoplasty and rhinoplasty together with a board certified cosmetic surgeon who is also an ENT. My doctor said that both surgeries will take about 2-2.5 hrs, with the rhino taking only 30 mins. Is this right? Thirty mins doesn't seem long enough at all. The rhinoplasty will be closed. Because I want to reduce the width of my nose, the doctor said that he will shave the bone from the center and push up the cartilage thats in the outer portion of my nose.
