I do not recommend using ultrasound for the possible removal of nasal scarring. The best thing to have your surgeon do early on is to inject with Cortisone as this will slowly dissolve any scar tissue and leave you with a very natural appearing nose.Thank you for the question.

You need a revision of your nasal dorsum which is still too high; you need to have the cartilage removed from the middle dorsum, and more bone removed from the upper dorsum.
There is almost always internal nasal swelling after rhinoplasty. There could also be some crusting present. At this point I would not be alarmed, I would discuss any remaining concerns with your surgeon at your post operative appointment.
