Is BBL by Sciton or Picosure, or something else best for treating the skin on my legs, arms, and face? (photos)

There are many treatments that can successfully treat hyperpigmentation. Still, it is hard to tell which treatment will yield best results for you. It all depends how your skin reacts to the treatment. You may try different treatments on small areas and then decide treatment that yields best results. Picsoure focus is great for treating hyperpigmentation. I advise you to chose experienced board certified provider and discuss your options. Good luck!

I think in your case you would do great with BBL as there are many brown spots scattered throughout the skin and also skin textural changes which you will see a nice improvement in with the BBL for face, legs, and arms.

Thanks for your question and posting pictures.  I looks like your chief complaint is hyperpigmentation.  After a complete consultation, we would be able to offer you several different options for pigment reduction, including an IPL PhotoFacial or a PicoSure Laser FOCUS treatment.  Unfortunately, there isn't one treatment that works on everyone.  We can't predict which treatment would work the best in your situation.  We will often try different treatments and let our patient decide which treatment gets the best results.We would encourage you to find a physician-supervised office in your area that has an array of treatment options.  Treatment prices vary by market.

Given the type of pigmentation you will benefit from BBL on the legs and arms, and Picosure on the face. Collagen stimulation can be seen with Pico, however it has to be done in a correct manner. I do believe that BBL is more cost effective for you on the legs and arms, as Pico will not have the power to remove some spots. (unless the 2 mm spot without the Focus is used).
