41 yrs old, 5’4, 125 lbs. - Revision or removal of breast implants?

Hello! I’m stuck on making a decision. Im scheduled for 10/21 to have my breast implants Removed along with a lift. I had 375 cc mentor silicone Implanst places inder the muscle 11 yrs ago. I’m 41 yrs old 5’4 125 lbs. I’ve had 3 kids. Part of me wants them out and just deal with the small remaining natural breast tissue. I so want smaller breasts. I also looked into replacing them but the smallest I was told to go Was 260cc low profile ( mine now are moderate plus profile) i fear A flat chest but also want to be done with implants. Im genuinly having a hard time deciding on what to do. Thanks for any help or encouragement
