Hello doctors, I am looking for a surgical procedure to help with my chin/jaw area. As you can tell from the provided photos, my chin is tilted/recessed, also contributing to the right side of my face being larger. I don't want fillers are anything temporary, I'm looking for surgery of some sort to fix my issue. And advice would be great. My end goal is a more prominent chin and hopefully better symmetry. Thank you all.
