My chin looks too big post sliding genioplasty, is a reverse sliding genioplasty or burring the chin bone the best solution?

I had mandibular advancement for an overbite 17 months ago. My surgeon has retired. My lower jaw was moved forward 5mm and then my chin was moved forward another 5 mm with a sliding genioplasty. The genioplasty was also jumping meaning my chin was slid on a slight upward incline. However, my chin now looks too large. It is extending horizontally past my lower lip and the chin bone also appears too wide. Also, my lips have thinned a bit. Is a reverse sliding genioplasty the solution?
