Painful scar tissue after fistulectomy. Options?

I had a fistulectomy to treat my fistula in ano an May 2016. Although fistula has been treated but I have a painful and very hard scar at the site of surgery.What treatment options I can consider.

I would use a combination of Plato's Scar Serum and Plato's Dark Scar Corrector. Avoid lasers at this point to prevent burning your scar further. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
