For almost every skin condition, well performed IPL with a good system (Sciton is expensive, but the best) and and experienced provider will ALWAYS outperform a serum or cream. Everyone wants a magical potion for their skin. Medical grade lasers and IPL are better for essentially everything except IPL induced hyperpigmentation, especially on darker skin.
