HI. The only think I can suggest has to do with tissue removal. If your surgeon is removing your 550 cc breast implants and then add the weight of the breast capsule and any other breast tissue that is also removed then it will weigh more than 550 grams. The implant would weigh a little over 1 pound each but less then 2 pounds each. Around 400cc is equal to 1 pound. Hope this helps.
At only nine days after surgery, it's way too early to assess implant shape or position. You are still swollen and the tissues are still tight. You have to give it time, and let it all settle down. This can take several months. Hang in there!
