I have had this "birthmark" since birth. It's grown proportionally to my face since a baby. It is not raised nor does it cause me any irritation but it's always been a self conscious issue for me and a personal eye sore. I just want to lighten it and make it less obvious without bleaching or damaging my eyebrows. Is this possible?
