Damage after Hylenex injection. What can I do to help myself?

I have been injected with 7 vials of Hylenex into my face to dissolve 0.5 syringe of Restyling causing deflation of my cheeks, gaunt eyes, hollow temples and some other issues. the damage happened in about 3-4 weeks after injection. My face restored some volume but still looks different as it used to be. Very different. I hate my face. What can I do to help myself? Also I would like a doctor opinion on what happened to me? my medical provider said that Hiylenex is safe to use. Thank you.

Hello! Sorry that you've experienced this. 7 vials is a lot of hyaluronidase to use to dissolve a half syringe of filler. I often use volumes like that for vascular occlusion. There is a risk of the product dissolving surrounding hyaluronic acid - not just the filler - leaving the patient with volume deficiencies. To correct this problem, you may need fat transfer to the areas.
